A Broadway veteran, Faith Prince has dominated the stage for decades. Prince was born in Augusta, Georgia, where she developed a passion for theatre, later studying at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. In 1989, Prince made her Broadway debut, starring as Tessie Tura in Jerome Robbins’ Broadway. The actress and singer quickly rose to prominence on the stage, winning multiple awards, including a Tony, for her performance as Adelaide in the 1992 revival of Guys and Dolls. More recently, in 2008, Prince was nominated for a Tony, Drama Desk, and Outer Critics Circle Award for her performance in A Catered Affair. When she’s not performing on Broadway, the actress has appeared on television, including a recurring role on ABC Family’s Melissa and Joey as well as Lifetime’s Drop Dead Diva.
