Constantinos Jaferis in a Salute to Mom

Last year’s Mother’s Day concert by classical guitarist Constantinos Jaferis proved to be an ideal way for mothers and grandmothers to celebrate with their loved ones – so he’s back for an encore performance!

Jaferis is truly our “artist in residence.”  A native of Athens, Greece, the acclaimed guitarist/composer/arranger makes his home in Stuart while maintaining an active concert schedule throughout the United States and Europe.  Jaferis is renowned for his adaptations of beloved classical pieces and his original compositions, which have been performed by soloists, ensembles and orchestras.

For his Salute to Mom, Jaferis will feature an eclectic program of solo and ensemble pieces -- and he promises to have a few surprises in store.  This concert by Stuart’s very own virtuoso is just the “ticket” for the perfect Mother’s Day gift!
